This is my Story

Growing up in a small town, I often felt like I was standing just outside the circle. Watching, wondering, and trying to understand why I never quite fit.

As a gay, fair-skinned Aboriginal woman, that sense of being “in between” followed me for much of my life. Not quite seen. Not always believed. Often having to explain who I was, or prove that I belonged in spaces that weren’t built with me in mind.

For years, I tried to push past it. To toughen up. To become someone easier to place.
Until I realised the work wasn’t about becoming more, it was about coming home.

Coming home to my body.
To my strength.
To my culture, my spirit, and my own way of moving through the world.

What began as a deeply personal process of rebuilding trust with myself became the foundation of Tathra, my online somatic wellbeing membership.

Today, that lived experience has grown into a grounded, accessible framework. One that supports people to reconnect with who they are, move with intention, and build lives that feel steady, authentic, and true.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are, and learning how to live from that place.

My Mission

is to guide you back to yourself — through healing, movement, and mindful practice. I create sacred spaces, online and in person, where you can release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your body, your spirit, and the land, and come home to who you are.

I believe

you can BE the change you wish to see in the world.
When we come back into rhythm with ourselves and care for mind, body, and spirit, that steadiness naturally ripples outward. Coming home to ourselves becomes a quiet act of service.

I Value

authenticity. Connection. Purpose. Freedom. Joy. These values guide everything I do. I create spaces where you’re invited to be yourself, connect deeply, move with intention, honour your freedom, and enjoy the journey and the special moments along the way.
