Before you enter Phoenix Rising Membership or any program hosted on charlieabra.com, please read through these shared agreements. They exist to protect both you and this community.

By purchasing or participating, you agree to the following.

1. The Nature of This Work

Everything offered through charlieabra.com — including:

  • Phoenix Rising Membership

  • Online yoga, strength & nervous system sessions

  • Breathwork & meditation practices

  • Reiki Level 1 & 2 training

  • Workshops, challenges & courses

  • 1:1 coaching

— is educational and self-development based.

This is a space for growth, embodiment and nervous system regulation.
It is not medical or psychological treatment.

Charlie Abra does not act as a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed medical provider within these offerings.

If you are managing injury, illness, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, chemotherapy, mental health conditions, or any medical diagnosis, please consult your healthcare professional before participating.

You take full responsibility for your participation.

2. Your Body, Your Responsibility

Movement, breathwork and somatic practices can be powerful.

By participating, you agree that:

  • You will listen to your body.

  • You will modify or pause when needed.

  • You will seek professional advice if unsure.

  • You understand all exercise carries inherent risk.

You release Charlie Abra from liability for injuries, losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from participation.

You are sovereign in your body.

3. Results & Personal Responsibility

This work can be transformative, but outcomes vary.

We do not guarantee:

  • Weight loss

  • Emotional breakthroughs

  • Financial outcomes

  • Spiritual experiences

  • Business results

Your results depend on your consistency, health, lifestyle, and personal circumstances.

PHOENIX RISING MEMBERSHIP

Subscription & Billing

Phoenix Rising Membership operates on a recurring monthly or annual subscription.

By joining, you understand:

  • Payments renew automatically.

  • You are responsible for managing your subscription.

  • You may cancel anytime before your renewal date.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Access continues until the end of your paid period.

Community Integrity

Phoenix Rising is a respectful space.

Members agree to:

  • Communicate with care.

  • Honour confidentiality.

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour.

If community integrity is compromised, access may be removed without refund.

COURSES & DIGITAL PROGRAMS

Upon purchase of any digital course or training:

  • You receive personal, non-transferable access.

  • Sharing login details is prohibited.

  • Downloading and redistributing materials is prohibited.

  • Reselling content is prohibited.

All materials remain the intellectual property of Charlie Abra.

Due to the digital nature of programs, refunds are not provided once access is granted unless otherwise stated at purchase.

REIKI TRAINING

Reiki training is offered as a spiritual and personal development modality.

It does not qualify participants to:

  • Diagnose illness

  • Treat medical conditions

  • Replace licensed healthcare services

Participants are responsible for operating within the laws of their own region if offering Reiki professionally.

Payment Terms

All pricing is listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing details.

  • Ensure sufficient funds.

  • Resolve failed payments promptly.

Access may be paused if payments fail.

Privacy

Your information is treated with respect.

We do not sell your personal data.

You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

Changes to These Agreements

Terms may evolve as this work evolves.

Continued participation indicates acceptance of any updates.
