The Science Behind Meditation and it's Effect on the Brain
Aug 15, 2022The brain is running off a certain program, (or software), and it controls your thoughts, actions, and beliefs. So, if your brain is the software that controls everything you think and do, then it is important to realise that its programming began from birth. Everything you saw, heard or felt was taken in and accepted as truth.

What's even crazier, is that I can't remember being taught how my brain worked at school, can you? Anyways, I'm learning about it now and sharing it with you because I see so many people stuck in bad habits and patterns they can't seem to break out of. (Me included!) And knowing the brain and it's different functions may help you understand why you do some of the things you do, and how you can change habits that aren't serving you, into habits that do!
