What even *is* Reiki?
Reiki is like a gentle hug for your nervous system and soul.

The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words:
“rei” meaning universal, and “ki” meaning life energy.
In a Reiki session, the practitioner uses gentle presence and hand placements to support the natural flow of energy in the body, helping shift what feels stuck and inviting in a sense of ease and clarity.
