Yaama!

I’m Charlie, a proud Dunghutti woman born and living on Gomeroi Country.

It’s so cool that you are here!

I’m here to help you reconnect with your true nature and live in alignment with your authentic self. Through wisdom, insight, and sacred practices, I guide you to release what no longer serves, awaken your inner strength, and step into a life that is healthy, strong, whole, and joyful.

I offer powerful yet grounded retreats that blend ancient wisdom, energy healing, meditation, breath work, and movement. All designed to support deep transformation in a simple and accessible way.

I’m also honoured to be collaborating with Sarah, a warm and down-to-earth psychologist known for her deeply human approach to healing. Drawing on evidence-based practices such as EMDR Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Parts Work, Sarah creates a space that feels both grounded and profoundly transformative. Together, we weave the spiritual and the psychological, creating a retreat experience that invites you to reconnect with yourself, nurture the parts that long for compassion, understanding, and step into a more conscious, embodied, and liberated way of being.

Hands up if you’re ready to Rise…

Where Mind Meets The Body.

Every Retreat is designed to support both psychological insight and somatic integration, combining the depth of therapy with the grounding of embodied practice. Participants leave with ideas, tools, experiences, and a felt sense of safety they can carry into everyday life.

Psychology Workshops

Facilitated by Psychologist Sarah Wills, these workshops offer a trauma-informed deep dive into psychology, helping participants build self-awareness, insight, and understanding.

Sessions include: Parts mapping, Values exploration, Boundaries work, Nervous system awareness, Understanding protective patterns and trauma responses.

Somatic Practices

Guided by Somatic Therapist Charlie Abra through movement, breath, and stillness, these sessions support the release of stored stress and trauma from the body while helping regulate the nervous system. As the body holds memory, this work gently reconnects participants back to safety, presence, and their body’s natural rhythm.
