WELCOME

You're in. Welcome to Tathra.

Before anything else, put both feet on the floor and let your shoulders drop. Breathe out for longer than you breathe in. That's the first practice, and you've just done it.

Your first seven days are free. Nothing is charged until they're up.

WHERE TO BEGIN

Start where you actually are.

There's no order here. No curriculum, nothing to complete. Don't start at the beginning and work through, start with how you feel today.

Wired and can't switch off?

Start with breath. Something slow, where the exhale is longer than the inhale. That's the fastest route your body has back to settled.

Heavy, flat, can't get going?

Start with movement. Gentle, nothing strenuous. Sometimes a body needs to be moved before it's willing to be still.

Exhausted but can't sleep?

Yoga Nidra: Conscious Sleep. Lie down and let it do the work. It asks nothing of you at all.

Not sure?

Ground and Restore. A soft place to land when you don't know what you need.

THE RHYTHM

When we gather.

Every week, live. One hour of breath, gentle movement and stillness. Nothing to prepare, nothing you need to know beforehand.

Twice a month those gatherings move with the moon. A New Moon Gathering, quiet and inward. A Full Moon Gathering, with more movement and more release.

Everything is recorded. If you can't be there live, you haven't missed it.

Take your time.

You don't have to do it all this week. You don't have to do any of it this week. Tathra isn't a program with a finish line, it's a place you come back to.

Your first seven days are free. Cancel any time from your account. No forms, no questions.

Acknowledgement of Country. I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which I live, work and heal, and pay my respects to Elders past and present. I am a Dunghutti woman, born and raised on Gamilaroi/Gomeroi Country, and I hold this work with respect for the Country that shaped me and the Yuin Country where the word Tathra comes from. Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
