when the weekly practice stirs something deeper.
Deep somatic and ancestral healing — Reiki, breath, and nervous-system work — held within Tathra.
the felt sense
There's a kind of tired that rest doesn't reach. A weight your body has carried so long it feels like yours — when some of it was never only yours to hold. The weekly practice steadies you. And sometimes, underneath it, something older stirs and asks to be met more closely.
what it is
This is the deeper work. One to one, we move slowly — Reiki, breath, and somatic, nervous-system-led healing, alongside the ancestral methods I carry as a Dunghutti woman. Not to mend or repair you — you were never the problem. Just to help your body remember safety, and let what's been held begin to soften and release.
what a session holds
Unhurried. Space to arrive, breath to settle the nervous system, hands-on or distant Reiki, and gentle somatic guidance to meet whatever surfaces. In person on Country, or distant, wherever you are. You leave more regulated, more here, more at home in your body.
who it's for
Women who've been holding a lot, for a long time — ready to go beneath the surface, gently, at their own pace. Not a quick reset. A slow, sacred return.
meeting me
I'm Charlie — a Dunghutti woman, somatic practitioner and Reiki Master. I weave nervous-system regulation, somatic practice, and the wisdom of my lineage. Country and lineage are carried in this work, never borrowed.
how you step in
1:1 healing is held within Tathra, for members. When you join, you step into the weekly practice and the community — and the door to one-to-one work opens to you.
