IF YOU'VE BEEN CARRYING IT

You're tired in a way that rest doesn't reach.

You hold it together for everyone. And by the time there's a minute for you, there's nothing left to give yourself.

You've tried the app with the streaks. The gym you stopped going to in March. The yoga class that felt like it was for someone thinner, calmer, younger. Some of it helped. None of it reached the part of you that stays on guard even when the house is finally quiet.

That guard isn't a flaw. It's your body doing its job.

For years it has kept you upright, on time, holding everyone. It doesn't need to be argued with or pushed through. It needs to be shown, slowly and in the body, that it's safe enough to soften.

That's not something you can think your way into. It's felt. One breath at a time. One practice at a time. In a room where nobody needs anything from you.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Not a fitness app. Not a video library. A practice, held.

Everything is in one place, on any device, and you choose by how much time you have and what your body needs.

On-demand yoga, meditation and breathwork

A growing library you can practise any time. Slow flows, guided meditations, breath practices that settle the nervous system in minutes.

Strength, fitness and mobility

Honest strength work built from the ground up, plus mobility for the hips, back and shoulders that carry everything. No punishment, no pressure to look a certain way.

Short practices, and longer ones

Five, ten and fifteen minutes for the days when that's all there is. Full-hour flows and deep rest for the days you can give yourself more.

New Moon and Full Moon lives

The live sessions happen twice a month, by the moon, at 7pm. Turning inward at the new moon, letting go at the full. Camera on or off. Replays up within a day.

The Gathering community

A quiet online circle for members. Share what's real, be met, and never feel you have to keep up.

Grounding and nervous-system support

Practices made for the overwhelmed days: to settle, ground, and come back into the body. New practices added through the year.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

  • You give a lot to work, family and everyone else, and you're running low
  • You feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode
  • You want the body included, not managed from the neck up
  • You need a practice gentle enough to keep when life is loud
  • You want to be in a circle of women who don't need you to be fine

IT'S PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You're looking for a bootcamp, a challenge, or a body to show off in thirty days
  • You want to be told exactly what to feel and when
  • You're in acute crisis right now. Please reach a crisis service or your GP first. The door here stays open for when you're ready

WHO'S HOLDING THE ROOM

I'm Charlie. A Dunghutti woman. I built this because I needed it.

I came to this work exhausted, not enlightened. What I carry now is fifteen years of teaching yoga, somatic therapy, breathwork, Reiki, strength and conditioning coaching, and the ground of my own lineage: a way of knowing that the body was never separate from the land. Tathra is those threads woven into one practice you can actually keep.

THE HONEST QUESTIONS

Will this actually work for me?

I can't promise you an outcome. Nobody honest can. Here's what I can tell you.

I've tried things before and they didn't stick.

Most of them asked you to think differently. This asks your body to feel differently, and it does that slowly, over weeks, which is the only speed a nervous system trusts. There's nothing to keep up with and nothing to fall behind on.

I don't have time.

The library is sorted by length. Five minutes is a practice. If a full week goes by and you did one breath practice at your desk, that still counts, and you're still a member in good standing with yourself.

I'm not flexible, fit, or any good at meditating.

Good. Neither was anyone in the room on their first week. We lie down a lot. There's nothing to be good at.

I'm not spiritual.

You don't have to be. The practice starts in the body and stays there. The moon gatherings are about rhythm, reflection and rest, not belief.

What if I join and don't use it?

Then cancel. No forms, no guilt. The first 7 days are free so you can feel the room before you pay for it.

THE INVITATION

Join at the founding rate.

The founding rate honours the women who are here early, while Tathra is still small. It's low on purpose, so cost isn't the thing that keeps someone out of the room who needs it.

PRACTICAL THINGS

The small questions.

When are the live sessions?

Twice a month at 7pm: once at the new moon and once at the full moon. The dates shift with the moon, so they're posted in your library and in The Gathering each month. Replays are up within a day.

What do I need?

A floor, something to lie on, and a little time. A mat and a couple of cushions are nice, not necessary. For strength practices, a pair of light weights or a full water bottle.

How do I join a session?

Everything lives inside your Tathra library on this site. The live link is there each month, along with the replays and the on-demand practices.

Is it only for women?

Tathra was built for women, and the room is mostly women. If you're not a woman and this speaks to you, you're welcome. Write to me first so I can tell you what to expect.

Can I cancel or pause?

Cancel any time from your account. If you come back later, the door's still open.

Is this therapy or medical care?

No. Tathra is somatic practice: breath, movement and rest. It doesn't diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it's not a substitute for medical or psychological care. It sits well alongside both.

The body knows the way home. It's been waiting for you.

One breath at a time. One practice at a time. In your own home, in your own way.

No pressure. No countdown. Just a door, and it's open.
