THE PRACTICE LIBRARY

Choose by how much time you have, and what your body needs.

Breath, meditation, yoga, strength, mobility, deep rest, nervous-system support, and practices that follow the seasons and the moon. Five minutes or a full hour.

The library lives inside your Tathra account. Members, log in to practise. Everyone else, this page shows what's inside.

EIGHT WAYS IN

The library, by need.

Breath

Short breath practices that settle the nervous system fast. Eyes open or closed, at your desk or on the floor.

Meditation

Guided and plain. For people who think they can't meditate, and for people who've practised for years.

Yoga

Slow, steady flows and restorative shapes. Scaled from the ground up. No flexibility required.

Strength and fitness

Honest, progressive strength work. Build capacity from the inside out, without punishment.

Mobility

For the hips, back and shoulders that carry the load. Long holds, slow circles, real relief.

Deep rest

Yoga Nidra and restorative practices. Rest you don't have to earn.

Nervous-system support

Grounding practices for the overwhelmed days. Settle, land, come back into the body.

Seasonal and moon practices

Practices that move with the year and the moon. New moon reflection, full moon release, seasons turning.

HOW MEMBERS USE IT

On a full day, five minutes. On a spacious one, an hour.

There's no program to complete and no order to follow. Some women do the same twelve-minute reset every night for a month. Some come only for the moon lives. Some build a whole morning out of a breath practice, a strength session and a long rest. All of it counts.

Come home to yourself.

One breath at a time. One practice at a time. In your own home, in your own way.

Acknowledgement of Country. I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which I live, work and heal, and pay my respects to Elders past and present. I am a Dunghutti woman, born and raised on Gamilaroi/Gomeroi Country, and I hold this work with respect for the Country that shaped me and the Yuin Country where the word Tathra comes from. Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
