Surround yourself with kind, loving and supportive people.

Try not to worry about what the future holds, but instead give thanks for the situation you currently find yourself in.

Sugar Glider- Courage Fear can stop us from truly living out our dreams and can stop us from being who we really are. We stay small in fear of what other's might think of us.

The Sugar Gliders message is to have courage. To release the need of knowing all the answers and take a leap of faith. DO NOT let fear of the unknown hold you back!

All you have to do is " Believe in yourself, have faith in yourself and the direction you see and take that risk, then watch your life soar!" 

Sun- Fertility When life knocks us to our knees, it's important to nurture ourselves and take comfort in knowing that everything is going to be ok. 

The sun is associated with warmth and nurturing, the fertile womb and the mother, the one who births new life. 

We are reminded to self-reflect either before the sun comes up, or as soon as the sun goes down. It is during these auspicious times we hear the whisper's of spirit guiding us every step of the way.

In Soul's Journey Deck, we pulled the Courage card , AGAIN! 

This week, sit in meditation for 5-10mins and repeat this Mantra- "I find the inner strength to face fear with confidence."
