a free guided somatic practice

Ten minutes to come back to your body.

A free 10-minute somatic practice for women living in survival mode. No app. No program. No 47-step morning routine. Just you, your breath, and ten minutes that belong to no one else.

No noise, no spam. Unsubscribe any time.

You know the feeling.

Shoulders up around your ears. Jaw tight without you noticing. That wired-but-exhausted hum that doesn't switch off, even when the house finally goes quiet.

You've tried the things. Therapy. The apps. The journal that's still mostly empty. And some of it helped — but none of it reached the place where the tiredness actually lives.

That's because survival mode doesn't live in your mind. It lives in your body. And your body is exactly where we begin.

This isn't another thing to do.

The 10-Minute Reset is a guided somatic practice. Breath, gentle awareness, and simple body-based tools that help your nervous system remember what settled feels like.

There's nothing to get right. Nothing to keep up with. You can do it lying on your bedroom floor, sitting in the car before you walk inside, or in the ten minutes before the house wakes up.

One practice won't rewire everything, and I won't pretend it will. But it's a doorway. A first true exhale. And your body will know what to do with it.

I'm Charlie.

I'm a proud Dunghutti woman, somatic therapist, yoga teacher and breath-work facilitator. I made this practice for the women I meet every day, the ones holding everything together, running on empty, quietly knowing that healing has to include the body, not just the mind.

The wisdom underneath this work isn't new. My ancestors have always known that healing happens in the body and in connection — to breath, to each other, to Country. It's a privilege to share it with you.

Ten minutes. Whenever you're ready.

Pop your details below and the practice will be in your inbox in a couple of minutes. It's yours to keep, for the days that ask too much of you.
