How to live a life of high vibes!!

Everything is energy, vibrating at a certain frequency which transmits a certain 'feeling' or 'vibe.' 

Different environments have a certain vibrational energy, so do people, thoughts, or things.

Vibes are felt by your intuition. You can tell a person’s energy when they walk into a room, or feel the energy of a certain place or object. Certain thoughts create high vibration emotions such as joy, happiness and peace, whereas low vibrational thoughts can create emotions such as anger, frustration, or resentment. 

Depending on our environment, the people we surround ourselves with and the thoughts we think, we either feel light, free and happy, or heavy, dark and confused.

Below are 8 ways you can raise your vibration to reach higher states of consciousness, and will help you live a high vibe life!!

  1. Gratitude- Focusing your attention on all the things you are grateful for, will instantly raise your vibration. Studies have shown that having a daily gratitude practice, creates positive emotions, good experiences, improves health, helps with dealing with adversity, and building strong relationships.
  2. Breath workLong, deep, rich and intentional breathing detoxes our systems, relaxes us, releases stagnant energy, helps with healing trauma, and invites vital life force energy in… All of which helps to raise our vibration.
  3. Hydration- Water is an essential element for the survival of life. The benefits of drinking pure water, can help you maintain mental clarity, emotional balance, physical vitality, and it flushes out all the toxins from your body. All of this ultimately leads to high vibes and happy living.
  4. Diet- Eating wholesome fresh foods that nature provided for us, helps with keeping our vibes high. Think of food as fuel for your mind, body and spirit. High vibrational foods come in the form of fruits, veges, nuts, seeds and legumes. 
    try and avoid processed foods. They’re filled with preservatives and you generally feel heavy, bloated, tired and grumpy. 
  5. Forgiveness- Holding onto the pain of the past, keeps us in a low vibrational state. In order to raise our vibration, we must forgive ourselves and others for any wrong doings so that we can free ourselves of this energy. Holding onto feelings like blame, anger, guilt, and resentment only makes us sick, keeping us stuck in a heavy, low vibration shit storm.
  6. Positive Thinking- Every thought creates a chemical reaction, and those chemical reactions are your emotions. Every single thought you think is either raising your vibration, or lowering it. Becoming self-aware allows you to weed out those negative thought patterns and replace them with high vibing, positive thought patterns. You get to choose!!
  7. Meditation- Calms your nervous system, improves your mood, and brings about greater feelings of peace. This spiritual practice helps to raise your vibration level fast by focusing on an action, object or mantra. When your mind is focused on any of these three things, your mind is free of thought and allows you to tap into the inner wisdom and peace that was there all along. 
  8. Mindful Movement- We store deep seated emotions/trauma from our past in every cell of our body. By practicing daily Mindful Movement, you start to shift and release stuck energy that you may have been holding onto for years. We usually store our deep seated emotions (the shit that's too hard to face) in our hips and lower back. Our physical body is always responding to our energy/emotional body, so listen up, go within, and clear out all the shit that's no longer serving you.
