Letting Go

Life is an amazing miracle, full of joy and excitement. But sometimes life can be painful, heart-breaking, and knock you to your knees.
Throughout life's twists and turns, we must practice 'letting go.'
This practice means letting go of control, painful memories, thoughts, harmful desires and unhealthy habits.
We can practice letting go of the pains from our past so it stops effecting our lives. We can also practice letting go of stressing and worrying about the future.
Letting go also means detachment, the removing of attachments to anything that makes you suffer or unhappy. It means lack of attachment, and non-involvement with matters that don't concern you, ( or which make you suffer.)
Last week in my Spring Reset Challenge, we practiced letting go using Mindful Movement, breath-work and meditation. I also encourage you to let go of anything that isn't serving you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, so you can be free of limitations and celebrate life and your uniqueness!!
