Journal entry- 3/11/23

I wake up, and for a split second, everything is ok. Then I remember. The thoughts and feelings come rushing back. "My baby is gone." "I'm not pregnant," are some of the thoughts that start swirling through my mind. I cuddle up next to my partner. I don't know what I would do without her. She fills me back up with unconditional love. 

Journal entry- 4/11/23

Everything is energy. The trees, the birds, the bees, the rivers, oceans, us.... We are pure love and light, so when we experience negative emotion such as hate, guilt, shame, anger and sadness, we feel it deeply and we become disconnected from our true nature. 

The emotions I'm experiencing at the moment is in my gut and my chest. The solar plexus and heart chakra. Chakra, translates to spinning wheel. They are said to be energy centres, which are energy points in your body. They're thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay open and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that effect our emotional and physical well-being.
