WHAT'S IN IT

Seven small doors.

The Free Reset is my Finding Balance experience: a week of short, real practices that show you what Tathra feels like from the inside.

  1. A pen-and-paper check-in on where life feels full and where it feels thin
  2. A guided grounding meditation
  3. A thirty-minute yoga flow for the days you have a little more time
  4. Ground and Restore: slow shapes and long exhales
  5. Yoga Nidra: Conscious Sleep, rest you don't have to earn
  6. A yin practice for the hips and the places that hold on
  7. A gentle reflection on how you'd like things to be

And after the seven days?

Nothing happens automatically. You'll have the practices, and you'll know what Tathra feels like. If it felt like a place you could keep coming back to, the membership is where it becomes a rhythm: the full library, the New Moon and Full Moon lives, and The Gathering.

If it's not the right time, that's completely fine. The door stays open.

Acknowledgement of Country. I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which I live, work and heal, and pay my respects to Elders past and present. I am a Dunghutti woman, born and raised on Gamilaroi/Gomeroi Country, and I hold this work with respect for the Country that shaped me and the Yuin Country where the word Tathra comes from. Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
