This program was designed by someone who has sat with women in their bodies — as a somatic therapist, as a strength coach, as a Dunghutti woman who understands what it means to carry more than you should have to.

What's Inside

Six weeks of progressive training that builds week by week — in strength, in capacity, and in how well you know your own body.

Strength Days — Lower body and upper body sessions built on bodyweight progressions. Done with intention, with tempo, with nervous system awareness woven in.

Conditioning Days — Running and interval sessions that build cardiovascular endurance without burning you out. Every session comes with a walk modification so you can meet yourself where you are.

METCON Days — Full body metabolic conditioning that combines strength and endurance. These are the sessions that will surprise you with what your body is capable of.

Work-In Days — One sacred day each week that belongs entirely to you. Rest, restore, nourish. This is not optional. This is part of the program.

Daily Breathwork Meditation — A single practice that anchors every week. Nervous system regulation starts here, before you move a muscle.

Strength sessions

Legs, arms, and metabolic conditioning (cardiovascular endurance);

A daily meditation session,

which you can do at your own pace, in the morning or the evening (or whenever you like!);

Yoga sessions

on your rest days;

About Charlie

I'm Charlie Abra — somatic therapist, yoga teacher, strength and conditioning coach, breathwork facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and Dunghutti woman.

I built Tathra Transform because I couldn't find a program that honoured both the strength a woman's body is capable of and the sensitivity her nervous system requires.

I've worked with women whose bodies have been through trauma, through grief, through years of over-exercising and under-recovering. I know what it looks like when a woman is running on empty and pushing anyway.

This program is my answer to that. It will make you stronger. It will make you calmer. And it will teach you to trust your body again.

Common Questions

Do I need equipment?
No. Every session is bodyweight only. You need enough space to lie down and stand up.

What if I can't run?
Every conditioning session has a walk modification. You meet this program where you are.

I'm a beginner — is this for me?
Yes. Every exercise has a modified version. The program is built to progress with you, not past you.

What if I miss a week?
Pick up where you left off. This program doesn't punish you for being human.

How long are the sessions?
Strength sessions are 30–45 minutes. Conditioning sessions vary. Work-In days are entirely your own.

Is this just a fitness program?
No. It's a somatic strength program. The nervous system work is built into every session. You'll finish stronger and calmer. That's the intention.
